All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Dublin studio. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Times
- Ireland: 2–3 business days — Complimentary
- Europe: 3–5 business days — €12
- United Kingdom: 3–5 business days — €15
- United States: 5–8 business days — €20
- Rest of World: 7–12 business days — €25
Complimentary shipping on all orders over €500.
Returns
We want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
- Email us at support@chloedublin.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
- Drop your parcel at any post office. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
