Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: 6 April 2026

At Chloe Dublin, we believe that you should have meaningful control over your personal data. This page explains the privacy choices available to you, the rights you hold under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and how you can exercise those rights at any time. We are committed to honouring every request promptly and transparently.

For full details of how we collect, use, and share your personal data, please read our Privacy Policy.

1. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a resident of the European Union — or any person whose data we process — you are entitled to the following rights under the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. These rights are free of charge and we will respond to verified requests within one calendar month of receipt.

1.1 Right of Access (Article 15 GDPR)

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether we process personal data about you, and if so, to receive a copy of that data together with information about how it is used, where it came from, who it is shared with, and how long it is retained.

1.2 Right to Rectification (Article 16 GDPR)

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay. You may also have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

1.3 Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") (Article 17 GDPR)

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent and no other legal basis applies, where you object and there are no overriding legitimate grounds, or where the data has been unlawfully processed.

1.4 Right to Restriction of Processing (Article 18 GDPR)

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, while the accuracy of data is contested, or while an objection request is being assessed. Where processing is restricted, we will only store the data and will not use it further without your consent or for limited legal purposes.

1.5 Right to Data Portability (Article 20 GDPR)

Where processing is based on your consent or on a contract, and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You may also ask us to transmit that data directly to another controller where technically feasible.

1.6 Right to Object (Article 21 GDPR)

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data where that processing is based on our legitimate interests or carried out for direct marketing purposes. Where you object to direct marketing, we will cease processing for that purpose immediately. Where you object to processing based on legitimate interests, we will stop unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

1.7 Rights Related to Automated Decision-Making and Profiling (Article 22 GDPR)

You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing — including profiling — that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, unless such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, authorised by applicable law, or based on your explicit consent. Where we carry out such processing, you have the right to request human review, to express your point of view, and to contest the decision.

1.8 Right to Withdraw Consent (Article 7(3) GDPR)

Where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing your personal data — such as for marketing emails or non-essential cookies — you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You can withdraw consent via the methods described in Sections 3 and 4 below, or by contacting us directly.

How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise any of the rights listed above, please send an email to support@chloedublin.com with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request". Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account (if applicable), and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

We will respond to all verified requests within one calendar month from the date of receipt. In complex or high-volume cases, we may extend this period by a further two months, in which case we will notify you within the first month and explain the reason for the delay.

2. Opt Out of Targeted Advertising

We may use information about your browsing activity and purchases to show you personalised advertisements on third-party platforms. You have several ways to limit or opt out of targeted advertising:

2.1 Cookie Consent Banner

When you visit chloedublin.com for the first time, you will be presented with a cookie consent banner. You can choose to accept or decline non-essential cookies — including advertising and analytics cookies — at that point. You may update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer of our website.

2.2 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or browser extension is configured to send a GPC signal, we will treat this as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising purposes. To learn more or to enable GPC in your browser, visit globalprivacycontrol.org.

2.3 Facebook / Meta Ad Preferences

If you use Facebook or Instagram, you can manage how Meta uses your data for advertising purposes through your Facebook Ad Preferences. Visit facebook.com/adpreferences to review and adjust your settings, including opting out of interest-based advertising from Chloe Dublin.

2.4 Google My Account — Data & Privacy

If you use Google services, you can manage your advertising personalisation settings through Google My Account. Visit the Data & Privacy section of your Google Account to adjust ad personalisation and opt out of targeted advertising across Google's network.

2.5 This Page as a Privacy Signal

Visiting this page at chloedublin.com/pages/your-privacy-choices and submitting a request via email to support@chloedublin.com with the subject line "Opt Out – Targeted Advertising" will be treated as a valid opt-out signal. We will action your request within one calendar month.

3. Marketing Opt-Out

Under S.I. 336/2011 (ePrivacy Regulations), we are required to obtain your prior consent before sending you direct marketing communications by electronic means, including email and SMS. We will only contact you for marketing purposes if you have opted in to receive such communications.

You may withdraw your consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time using either of the following methods:

  • Unsubscribe link: Every marketing email we send contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message. Clicking this link will remove you from our marketing list immediately.
  • Email request: Send an email to support@chloedublin.com with the subject line "Unsubscribe" and we will remove you from all marketing communications promptly.

Please note that opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional emails necessary for the fulfilment of your orders, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, or customer service responses.
