Pricing and VAT
All prices displayed on our website are quoted in euro (€) and include VAT at the standard rate of 23%, as required under the Value-Added Tax Consolidation Act 2010. Your order confirmation and invoice will clearly itemise the VAT amount charged on your purchase.
Billing Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and account information for all transactions made on our website. Please promptly update your email address and payment details to ensure the successful processing of your orders and communications. Providing false or inaccurate billing information may result in your order being cancelled.
Order Confirmation and Invoice
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the purchased items, shipping method, and payment details. This email serves as your receipt.
- VAT Invoice: A detailed invoice — including all items, shipping costs, the applicable VAT amount at 23%, and any applied discounts — will be included with your shipment. This document serves as your VAT receipt for the purposes of the Value-Added Tax Consolidation Act 2010.
Payment Processing
- Authorisation: By submitting your payment information, you authorise us to charge the stated amount via your selected payment method. All transactions are subject to authorisation and fraud checks.
- Strong Customer Authentication (SCA): In accordance with the European Union (Payment Services) Regulations 2018 (S.I. 6/2018), which implements the revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2, Directive 2015/2366/EU), most online card payments require Strong Customer Authentication. You may be prompted by your bank or card issuer to verify your identity during checkout.
- Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails or is declined, we will notify you by email. You will need to provide an alternative payment method to complete your order.
Buy Now, Pay Later — Klarna
We offer Buy Now, Pay Later services through Klarna. If you choose to pay using Klarna, your payment arrangement is subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions, and any credit agreement entered into is between you and Klarna directly. Please review Klarna's terms carefully before selecting this option. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected by your choice of payment method.
