Question #1: How long will it take to receive my order?
Here are our estimated delivery times:
- Order Cutoff Time: 5pm (Monday–Friday, Irish time). Orders placed before 5pm begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Transit time: 6–9 business days (via An Post)
- Estimated delivery time: 7–11 business days

Question #2: How much is shipping?
- Free shipping on all orders over €50
- For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.99 applies

Question #3: Where is Chloe Dublin located?

Question #4: What if I receive a defective or faulty product?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If you receive a defective item, please contact us by email at support@chloedublin.com as soon as possible. We will arrange a suitable remedy at no cost to you and will cover all return shipping costs in such cases.

Question #5: What is your return and cancellation policy?
We have a simple and hassle-free return process. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason (the statutory cooling-off period). To exercise this right, please email us at support@chloedublin.com before the 14-day period expires — no written postal notice or paper form is required.
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a goodwill return window of 30 days from the date of receipt for all purchases. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. For faulty or incorrectly sent items, we cover all return shipping costs.

Question #6: When will I get my refund after returning a product?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. Funds will then appear on your original payment method within 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Question #7: Within how many days do I have to return a product?
You have two overlapping rights:
- Statutory 14-day right of cancellation — Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item by emailing support@chloedublin.com.
- 30-day goodwill return window — As an additional benefit, we accept returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt for all purchases.

Question #10: Do you have a physical store location I can visit?

Question #13: How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the Order Tracking page on our website. Orders are dispatched via An Post, and you will receive a tracking reference once your order has been shipped.
Question #14: Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices displayed on chloedublin.com include Value-Added Tax (VAT) at the standard Irish rate of 23%, in accordance with the Value-Added Tax Consolidation Act 2010. No additional tax charges will be applied at checkout.
Question #15: What payment methods do you accept?

Question #16: How is my personal data protected?
