Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order with Chloe Dublin. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 are not affected by this policy.
Where Do We Deliver?
We currently ship to addresses within the Republic of Ireland only. All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre and delivered via An Post.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all Irish orders with a total value of €50.00 or more (including VAT at 23% as required by the Value-Added Tax Consolidation Act 2010).
For orders with a total value under €50.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of €4.99 applies. This fee is clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
The following timeframes apply to all orders placed on chloedublin.com:

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 5pm (IST), Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before 5pm on a business day will begin processing on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched by An Post, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can monitor your parcel's progress at any time on our Order Tracking page.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for your tracking information to become active in the An Post system.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery — including delays, damaged goods, or a parcel that has not arrived within the estimated timeframe — please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2022, goods must be delivered within the timeframe agreed at the time of purchase. If delivery fails, you may be entitled to a redelivery or a full refund.

VAT & Pricing
All prices displayed on chloedublin.com include VAT at 23% in accordance with the Value-Added Tax Consolidation Act 2010. No additional taxes will be applied at checkout for orders delivered within the Republic of Ireland.

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–7pm. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day.
